Rissotto aux champignons #rissotto #mushrooms #glutenfree #dairyfree ~ Recipe : fry diced onion with a garlic clove in a drop of avocado oil, add the mushrooms and keep stiring for 3 minutes ~ add 2 cups or rice and a cup of white wine... than when the wine is absorbed and some water and keep stiring while its boiling and keep adding water bit by bit ( around 6 cups of water in total) ~ season with truffle oil, himalayan salt and white &black pepper ~ you can add fresh basil leaves 🌿 and cherry tomatoes for serving

Pepperkaker gingercookies

Mix 2 and 2/3 cups of gluten free flour all purpose mix
With half a cup of powdered sugar and 1,5 tsp baking soda and half a teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, 1 tsp of ginger pwder, half teaspoon of clove powder, half teaspoon himalayan salt and 1 tsp of vanilla extract
In an othe bowl, mix half a cup of molasses (I used pomegranate molasses and some agave syrup) with half a cup of vegetable oil ( I recommend avocado oil or coconut oil) and ¼ cup of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

Blend the liquid mix with the powder mix until you get a perfect dough

Put the dough in a container and freeze it for half an hour only (or overnight in the fridge)

Get the trays out of the oven and cover them with baking sheets than start preheating the oven at 180 degres Celsius or 350 Farenheit
Roll the dough or a clean table or a baking mat and shape it with cookie cutters

Place the cookies on a baking sheeted trays and bake for 10 minutes in the oven

Melanger 2 tasses et 2/3 de farine sans gluten avec ½ tasse de sucre en glace et 1 ½ pc de bicarbonate de soude et ½ pc de baking powder avec 1 pc de cannelle en poudre, 1 pc de gingembre, ½ de clou de girofle en poudre, ½ pc de sel rose d’himalaya et une pc d’extrait de vanille

Melanger dans un autre recipient ½ tasse de melasse (jai utilisé de la melasse de grenade et du strop d’agave) , avec ½ tasse d’huile végétale (avocat ou huile de coco de preference) et ¼ tasse de lait de coco (ou n’importe quel autre lait)

Melanger ensuite les poudres et les liquides jusqu’à l’obtention d’une belle pâte

Mettre la pâte dans le congélateur pour 30 minutes ou au frigo toute la nuit
Sortir les plateaux de cuisson du four et les couvrir de papier beurre avant de prechauffer le four a 180 degres celsius ou 350 Farenheit

Rouler la pâte en couche uniforme et former les cookies avec les emporte-pieces de votre choix
Disposer les cookies sur les plateaux de cuisson et enfourner 10 minutes

Guiltfree icecream

Ice cream Sugar dairy gluten egg free 🎊

Everytime my bananas are ripe I cut them and put them in a ziplock in the freezer
Whenever I want icecream I toss bananas in the blender with a bit of coco milk and cacao and I have chocolate icecream

When the kids want strawberry ice cream I do the same thing frozen bananas with cocomilk but instead of cocoa I put fresh strawberries
The same texture as merry cream

And the perfect touch is .... melted chocolate on top of the icecream 🤣🙈
It gets hard when it touches the ice just like at hagen dazs

Recipe:  150 g gluten free flour 
75g cornflour 
100ml coconut milk 
75ml avocado oil 
50g powdered sugar 
½ tea spoon vanilla extract 
1 pinch salt 
2 handfulls of vegan dark chocolate chips

10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200degres celsius

Nora’s artichoke


Ingredients: 

1 bag of Artichoke hearts whole
3 medium potatoes cut in cubes
1/2kg beef tenderloin cut in stripes
2 large onions cut in large slices
6 cloves garlic mashed
1 table spoon of vegetable oil
White pepper & himalayan salt to taste
Water to cover
2 pressed lemons

Serve with steamed white rice

Fry the onions until tranparent in the oily pan
Add the beef on medium heat until brown
Add the potatoes
Cover with water
Boil for 10 minutes
Add the artichoke 
Add the garlic & spices 
Simmer until potatoes & artichokes are soft
Turn off the fire and add the lemon juice




Ingrédients : 

1 pasuet de coeurs d’artichauts
3 patates moyennes coupees en cubes
1/2kg filet de boeuf coupé en lamelles
2 gros ognions coupés grossièrement 
6 gousses d’ail écrasés
1 grande cuillerée d’huile végétale 
Poivre blanc & sel rose de l’himalaya selon le goût 
De l’eau pour couvrir 
2 citrons pressés 

Servir accompagné de riz blanc 

Frire les oignons dans une casserole huilée jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient transparents 
Ajouter le boeuf a feu moyen jusqu’à ce qu’il soit plutot cuit
Ajouter les patates
Couvrir d’eau
Bouillir pour 10 minutes
Ajouter les fonds d’artichauts
Ajouter l’ail écrasé et salez et poivrez 
Cuire jusqu’à ce que les patates et artichauts soient tendres
Eteindre le feu et ajouter le jus de citron

Stroganoff DF


My Stroganoff

Fry one sliced onion until transparent 
Add a handfull of fresh mushrooms 
Fry chicken or beef slices until almost cooked
Add 1 tablespoon of paprika powder, 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons of ketchup
(Double check that they are allergy friendly) 
Add one can of coconut cream and let it simmer for 15 minutes

Prepare steamed long grain white rice on the side and sprinkle salty crispy potato chips on top

Faites revenir un onion coupé en lamelles jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient transparentes
Ajouter une poignée de champignons frais grossièrement coupés
Faites cuire le boeuf ou le poulet en lamelles
Ajoutez ensuite 1 grande cuillerée de paprika en poudre, 2 grandes cuillerées de moutarde de Dijon et deux autres de ketchup (assurez vous qu’elles sont bien sans allergènes)
Ajoutez enfin une boite de crème de coco et laissez cuire à feu doux 15 minutes

Servir avec du riz long blanc recouvert de chips salés cassés
